Why?
Nice is a very strong team but not a team to score a lot of goals. Nice at home will be trying to score but they do not want to get a goal against at home. Ajax is a team who likes to play attacking football how ever i do not think they will take all the risk to score a goal and will be fine with a draw. So play DNB or a less risky bet and play DC.

If i have to be honest Ajax should have won the match. 2nd half Ajax was better and had to score at least a second goal.
