Hola Hive, mi nombre es Roger Neira y a nombre de Piedra Azul Films, me presento ante ustedes para agradecerles la oportunidad que nos brindan de compartir nuestros proyectos, sueños y conocimientos acerca de las actividades que realizamos como empresa productora de cine, con un especial enfoque en comunidades de lenguas originarias, en las tres regiones del Perú.

Hello Hive, my name is Roger Neira and on behalf of Piedra Azul Films, I introduce myself to you to thank you for the opportunity you have given us to share our projects, dreams and knowledge about the activities we carry out as a film production company, with a special focus in native language communities, in the three regions of Peru.
ESPAÑOL
A lo largo de nuestra trayectoria en el cine, hemos realizado cortos y largos de ficción y no ficción; con el objetivo de difundir las costumbres ancestrales, mostrando el mundo mágico y místico de la cosmovisión indígena a través de sus ritos y experiencias.
ENGLISH
Throughout our career in film, we have made shorts and features. fiction and non-fiction; with the aim of disseminating ancestral customs, showing the magical and mystical world of the indigenous worldview through their rituals and experiences.

Además de mi pasión por el arte, el cine y la literatura, me dedico al chamanismo, actividad que realizo para ayudar a las personas a encontrar el poder curativo de las plantas y la sanación de los rituales milenarios

In addition to my passion for art, cinema and literature, I am dedicated to shamanism, an activity I carry out to help people find the healing power of plants and the healing of ancient rituals.

Actualmente estamos en la preproducción de nuestro siguiente largometraje, llamado “Basilio y el Mar”, un road movie en lenguas originarias sobre un chamán andino que desea cumplir el deseo de su difunta esposa: conocer el mar. Es por ello que Basilio emprende su camino para conocer el océano Pacífico, siempre acompañado de su llama. En esta ruta tanto Basilio como el espectador, se encontrarán con una serie de personajes y situaciones que retratan el mundo mágico de las culturas andinas del Perú.
ENGLISH
We are currently in pre-production of our next feature film, called “Basilio y el Mar”, a road movie in native languages about an Andean shaman who wants to fulfill the wish of his deceased wife, so he sets out on a path to discover the sea, always accompanied of his flame. On this route, both Basilio and the viewer will encounter a series of characters and situations that portray the magical world of the Andean cultures of Peru.

Y es a partir de este proyecto de largometraje, que también iniciamos nuestra ruta en el mundo del Film3, esta corriente del cine que utiliza herramientas web3 como los NFT, los metaversos, las DAO, el marketing blockchain y el crowdfunding cripto para su desarrollo en las diferentes etapas de producción.
Una vez más agradecer por la oportunidad de compartir con todos los Hivers y espero les gusten las publicaciones que iremos haciendo sobre el mundo del cine independiente, indígena y chamánico, así como los avances de nuestros proyectos y sueños.

And it is from this feature film project that we also began our route into the world of Film3, this current of cinema that uses web3 tools such as NFTs, metaverses, DAOs, blockchain marketing and crypto crowdfunding for its development in the different stages of production.
