I want to upvote you and will once you show your individualism and don't get persuaded by community consensus.

The individual is far more important to the group than most people give credit, so next time just focus on what your brain is good at.

I too, also was asked to not do TA, doesn't mean I can't do it privately, but I didn't help much when I was sharing this kind of stuff either.
