My whole existence has fallen apart.
How can hope be found in a brand new day,
when the one I adore has left?
My mind spills with thoughts of you,
of all that we've shared, all that we knew and all that we had.
I long for your contact and your mild hug,
My dreams are filled with your gentle kiss,
I wake and weep for all that I lost.
How do I mend a broken heart,
when my only love and I are apart?
