Lagos is meant to be the most advanced city in Nigeria. It has plans to be a mega smart city.
The evidence is there, facelift using art, new bridges, gradually facing out several types of public transportation plus a mega rail from badagry to CMS.
However with all this strides, how much do you think Lagos has fared with regards to infrastructure that meet the international standard for the physically challenged?
