Today I want to show You three shots from my latest meeting with the rock ptarmigan (Lagopus muta).
It was quite hard to stay quiet and slow enough to get so close as these birds are really skittish.
I met this one while hiking up the mountain in Sylan few days ago.
Not perfect but I like them - maybe because wildlife photography is not my strongest side and I don't have many similar shots. I am excited every time I take decent photo of any animal ;).
