Rangoli is  a very popular folk art form, originating in the Indian subcontinent, in which patterns are created on the floor in living rooms or courtyards using materials such as colored rice, dry flour, colored sand or flower petals.

Step By Step Process:

Draw 15*8 dots pattern as shown in the below image and start drawing from taking the middle dot of the 15 doted line.
