豆腐烧肉丝瓜😋
这又是我的创新菜哈～尝试用嫩豆腐烧肉丝瓜，没想到又是一惊喜！很好吃呢！ 儿子超爱吃，特别是里面的豆腐被他一个人扫光，他一个人可以吃掉一斤豆腐不带气喘哒🙄 弄这个菜的灵感来源于嫩豆腐会出汁，口感软嫩，而肉丝瓜也是一样很容易出汁，两种食材都属于软软嫩嫩滴，所以干脆一起烧好了！ 这道菜的特点在于加了虾皮，当然也可以加虾仁烧效果也是一样鲜美滴！所以有海鲜的味道，自然特鲜了🤤🤤
