I don´t know anyone who would say they don´t like Italy. I mean it´s impossible not to love this country for a variety of reasons. For me however, the beauty and diversity of nature is what makes the biggest impression on me when traveling and that´s why my favorite country is Costa Rica :) I hope you will make it there too one day to see for yourself. The biodiversity of that country is just unparalleled. Pura Vida.
