Yeah, we can understand each other quite well, especially those who live in the regions close to the Czech / Polish borders ;) With our Slovakian neighbors, we can understand everything. We actually used to be one country (Czechoslovakia) so we still feel like brothers :) Germany and Austria, however, that´s a different story. They are not Slavic like us so the language barrier is much greater over there.
