Y'all could get work at my apartment building as we've had so many plumbing leaks over the years. 😂 I used to have some spots on the ceiling in my old apartment (I recently had to switch but I'm in the same building) from the time two floors above burst a pipe, but that was nothing compared to some neighbors I knew. One lady had almost her whole ceiling looking like your "before" picture, and another neighbor had their bathroom ceiling collapse in on them!

There is a building on the next block that has a swimming pool on the roof which has apparently leaked into the apartments as well. That makes me for once grateful that my building doesn't have a pool. 😂
