ah, ok. powering up is the opposite of what you want to do then.
Personally what I do is: transfer whatever Hive/HBD I'm going to cash out to Hive-Engine, then in Hive-Engine I sell it for a coin that Coinbase will deal with, like Litecoin. Then I send the Litecoin to Coinbase, where I can sell it for dollars. But there might be a different wallet outside of the Hive system that people in your country prefer to change into fiat, so you might not use Coinbase. I would check with other Hivers in your country what outside wallet they use specifically, they'll know what works!
