The Globatalent platform will work using the provided technical infrastructure of Ethereum, as it has an excellent ecosystem of decentralized applications, with which the platform can perfectly integrate.
Tokens consist of the following elements

Level 0 - blockchain Ethereum

Level 1- Exchange
