I walk from my house to my Working place though it was very hectic, it happened after i waited for more than 10mins looking for bike but to no avail that is how i started walking and after 30minutes of walking i attained almost 4000 steps i just smile and continue my walking i got to my working place with over 6000steps i was over whelming after attaining such steps for just small exercise. My house to my working place is like 45mins Walk. On getting to work my boss ask me to deliver a letter to the State Bereau of statistics i was so happy for the offer because I know i will get more steps added to my already made steps to my surprised on my way coming back i was congratulated for reaching 10k milestone already.
