Reaping what rewards? You mean all the funds I kept inside this ecosystem while the value continues to dwindle as someone like you cash out because $10 is actually a significant amount where you live?

So now you are assuming you know what my financial conditions are huh? Are you what psychic? Or this just the usual ad hominem argument people use when they are starting to lack arguments?

I’m sorry, but even the games here require you to pay with HIVE. So, if I’m not buying, I need to get them from somewhere.

So, what is the problem with other users also trying to earn from their content?

Btw, it is also interesting enough (besides saying that blogging is a failure but still blogging to get those sweet hive rewards every seven days) that the usual "organic" votes you claim to be receiving come mostly from the same users on all your posts...

Damn, even ranchorelaxo@ranchorelaxo is voting for you... pretty "organic" right? Or now you are going to tell me that ranchorelaxo@ranchorelaxo is a usual user that read everything you write and isn't around just to reap the curation rewards?

About buying more HIVE, every now and then i consider this possibility, but every time i start to look how things are evolving and see that everything is still the same old same old... why buy?

There is no evolving, stake holders and developers keep looking at their own belly without a clue about what actually happens on the outside world, and just try to surf every new hype that appear creating some gimmick that will magically make HIVE explode overnight.

So, again, why buy? So far, this has been a really wise financial decision....

Build stuff people want to use. Build stuff people want to replace. Not reinventing the wheel, slap blockchain on it, and expect people to come flocking to it. Especially those blog-centric ideas.

Thing is, that is exactly the direction HIVE is going...
Pick up the latest hyper around blockchain and try to implement on the Hive blockchain and see if it sticks...

Dapps, tokens, and now DeFi... It's always the same cycle everytime a new hype start somewhere else: Look at that shinning new thing! we must have it here!

But guess what: These new stuff are built from the ground up as something new, and that is why they get the hype and the popularity. Hive is, at best, just trying to keep up with the big boys by copying what they are doing.

There is no innovation, only copy.

So, again, instead using the unique feature of this blockchain, that is the social layer to capitalize over it and grow from there, everything just keeps going round and round and round, and failing every time.

So, again, why buy?
