Hello, friends from the Black & White community!

Today I was browsing Hive and commenting... and after finding out a lot of entries into this contest, I felt like being part of it too.

Of course, I wanted to participate with something that I really like and enjoy. So there it was, sunsets. I started looking for pictures of the most recent ones I've seen... and that's when I realized how hard it is to edit into black and white a picture of a sunset. Lol. Well, believe me I tried my best!!!

I hope you enjoy these four sunsets that I'm about to show you.

The first one, and probably, my favourite one was taken in Taormina, Italy. I have been there a couple of weeks ago and everything about it was beautiful to me. I got there after a brief hike and the bright blue sea and the mountains made everything simply perfect. It wasn't a sunset I was looking forward to seeing, but it found me there, just by chance! I believe that's one of the reasons I like it so much.

Here, you can see the original as well:

Formia, Italy

Same as the previous one, I was just walking in the beach when the sunset found me. Just there, alone and in a place in which I never thought I'd be... just me and the sunset.

I love how sunlight makes the sea look like a silver river!

Misano Adriatico, Italy

With this sunset, there was something particular. The whole sea got lost within the horizon. It didn't seem to end, but to merge with the sky... I had never seen something like that in my entire life. And glad I could see not only that, but also the sun hiding and reflecting it's subtle rays on the sea.
