No. He's the biggest and most open vote trader, taking out ~$150 from the pool every single day, only with his accounts. Together with everyone he trades with it's more like $300. So he and those trading with him are the prime targets. Nothing personal, but everyone else is a small fish compared to that.

How does that align with the idea behind steem? Did you ever read the reasons for giving downvotes in the popup when you click the downvote button on steemit? Or those mentioned in the whitepaper? If you would know how steem works, you would be aware that every Steem you don't get goes to someone else, so downvotes don't influence my Karma at all because by taking from you I give to others. You're not the center of the world.
Factoring in the thousands of people who get upvotes and other ways of support from me, you can be pretty sure my Karma balance is topping out. And my life proves that every day :)
