There's so many defective voters here, it will take a lot of time and effort to target all of them. There isn't enough free downvotes for all of them.
I agree that there are worse users than her, but sooner or later it's her turn anyway as she's mostly voting for known vote traders, and that's a behaviour which is upsetting many people.
She may have called for it a bit by drawing attention with her comments too.

However, now that she is a target it's up to her if she changes her ways, or takes the downvotes and maybe hopes that the people trying to teach her a lesson right now get tired and switch focus.
If she insists to vote for always the same people, who only reward themselves and those who vote for them, it's her decision, and she has to live with the consequences.
