Great news in this difficult 2020.
A few days ago I got home the result of the national competition of Italian honeys. It is the most important and prestigious competition that is organized in the world of honey.
With extreme satisfaction the result was positive (which is strange these days) and I won a "golden drop".
The evaluations of honey are carried out through different analyses, from the sensorial ones to the organoleptic ones.
I hope that in the next few years other such awards will be added to the collection!
