Fantastic post as always, I confirm the amanita citrina, while for the first mushroom we are certainly in the Hygrophorus family, it could be one of these two
Hygrophorus cossus (Sow. : Fr.) Fr. 1838
Hygrophorus piceae Kühner 1949
