Huh... I think I haven't spent a day without the Internet in the last few years... I don't like mobile phones (probably because of bad eyesight 😂), but I'm definitely addicted to my laptop... It's getting better with time, but not as I would like...

To my defense, I'm an IT guy, and everything I do (work-related) is connected to the computer and the Internet... All that is a great excuse, but... I could do a "screen detox" during the weekends! For the last couple of months, I have tried to keep my weekends freer, as I'm not ready for the "full-off-grid mode" yet... 😃

Congrats on your achievement! It's a great first step... Now you have to repeat it next month to make it routine! 😃
