Secondly, I like it when I learn something new... :) I didn't know about the English word "conker", but I definitely know what a horse chestnut is... When I was a child, we would collect them in big sacks and sell them to the forest guards, as they would feed wild animals with them... I think... As you said, it's toxic; I'm a bit in doubt... 😂
Anyway, collecting them was a lot of fun, and your post reminds me of it! Thanks! 🙏
