I think @solymi suggested somewhere, in some comment, that we need something like a "small DHF" for "regular people" where projects would be able to apply for smaller funds of money for startup projects, or something similar...

I agree with @godfish that Value Plan needs a better approach, with more communication and transparency... A broader community isn't involved at all and most decisions about certain promotion activities are done by 3-4 people (or less)... That gives some "bad taste" in our "decentralized image".
