While that's a death sentence for human labor, on Hive there is a lack of motivated experienced developers who want to build on the chain.

Agree with you 100% on this! As a matter of fact, yesterday, I had a long talk with another Hivian discussing the pros and cons of HIVE... I suppose HIVE isn't the only place where you have a huge gap (and lack of communication) between devs and the community... Many "ordinary" Hivians have great developing ideas, but they don't have the skills to develop them... That's the point where AI should help, and I agree with you that exactly that can be our "solution" for the current "block"!
