Whatever the strategy is, I think the existence of a man on the other side pleases those a little older, who have been overtaken by new technologies.

Raised some big concerns and pushback a few years ago in Spain... Not sure if it was precovid, or after, but it was a big push from banks to move all to mobile apps, digital signing, etc... When they tried to do that, it was a huge anti-campaign trying to "protect" older people who couldn't follow the technology... and they managed to slow down the process, or better said, to keep "parallel tools" for them to be able to operate in the "new age"...

The only advantage, in my opinion, is that when you are 100% sure of what you are looking for, you get it faster.

I do agree with you, but sometimes, those yes or no questions are cleverly created, and you finish buying additional "products" on top of your primary wish... 😂
