I will partially agree with you on this... Yes, most people will quit as creating those comments have no sense and earnings are low... But, unfortunately, some will create more accounts, trying to trick the system, farm rewards, etc... Luckily, that doesn't last too long either, but I have noticed some accounts doing that for years...
