Thanks for your honest opinion!
Every few months, we ask our community within our Liotes missions what they think about the APR on HBD... After gathering all comments, we identify the majority opinion and adjust the APR accordingly... That's how we lowered it from 15% to 10%, as people asked...
Just recently, we did it again, and the consensus was to keep it at 10%...

On the other hand, it doesn't matter how many we are setting up, as only the top 20 witnesses count for the median value... But thanks for believing in us that we can make it there... hehehe...
