My grandad was a tailor, and I remember how I liked hanging around and helping (probably not... lol...) when I was a kid... It was amazing to watch the creative process of creating something unique, by using a simple fabric...

I also remember the hard days when we lived in poverty, when he would make a fantastic jacket for my sister from the leftover fabric from his customers... Your post reminded me about those times... You created a fantastic, memorable girl's dress, and I can imagine how happy those who will wear it will be! Great job!
