I know that I was calling out PolyCUBs "soon" a long time ago, but that's the magic blockchain word... Nobody knows what it means... lol... Is it a couple of days, or months, or years maybe? It depends from project to project and for some of them, that SOON never comes...
For the LeoFinance team, it comes... A bit slow, but I like it more like that, as I know that they will do everything to launch a safe project... We had that one huge mistake at the beginning of the LEO Defi saga, and every new project from LEO is more and more complex and secure... and it's always better and improved than the previous one, or the competitors!
That's why I'm patiently waiting for PolyCubs launch... But, this time I think that we are very close to the launch... for realz! 馃槃 I can feel it with my gut, as it is nervous because I still don't have a clear strategy for the first hours/days of the launch... Yes, I'm here for the long term as I have already written many times, but if there is a chance to take some nice extra profits at the beginning, why not? I have diamond paws and I will keep those tokens in a safe place... :)

So, where was I? Oh, yes... Preparations... Firstly, we have an airdrop that will happen from Day 1 and last for 60 days... According to the official PolyCUB introduction post, every CUB token locked/staked (liquidity provided) on CUBDeFi (farms or kingdoms) will be counted for the airdrop! ONLY LOCKED CUBs, not liquid!!!
Also, this airdrop will be similar to the one that Splinterlands is doing for SPS tokens, but with a difference that in Splinterlands, in diesel pools, for example, your DEC tokens are counted + SWAP.HIVE value in DEC also! Here, in PolyCUBs airdrop ONLY CUB tokens in a certain pair will be counted... So, for example, if you have 100CUBs and 33BUSD in the CUB:BUSD farm, you will receive PolyCUB airdrop for only 100CUBs... For checking how many tokens I have in different pools, I'm using Debank website, but I suppose that there are many other similar sites...
Another question is HOW MANY POLYCUBS will you receive? That official post says this
The rough figures are at least 0.15+ POLYCUB per 1 CUB staked with snapshots taken daily for the 60 day period.
So, that means if you have, for example, 1000 CUB tokens locked, you will receive at least 150 PolyCUB tokens over a 60 day period or 2.5 CUB tokens per day...
OK... All that is clear, but how to start the best? Well, I would like to have an answer to that, too... I'm definitely not an expert in DeFi, but I have participated in a couple, and am I learning something from my mistakes? We will see very soon...
As CUBDeFi.com is almost exactly 1 year old, I have found an interesting post that was an example of how it looked 1 year ago, what kind of APRs we have seen, so that can be a good read for thinking about the next PolyCUB launch...

Oh, I have almost forgotten another very, very important addition that will go live along with Polycubs... The new LeoBridge V3 where you will be able to exchange different BSC tokens to Polygon, and vice versa... If you check the post you will notice one huge sink for LEO tokens in words from Khal...
The bridge would suck in LEO forever and create deeper and deeper liquidity which will attract more LEO to be staked on various checkpoints across the bridge.
I'm still doing math on how to approach Polycubs, but in the end, I will probably go into 3-4 different pools or do it ALL! 馃槀
