At first sight, it does look like I was too lazy during the week as I have created only 3 posts while the reality wasn't like that... It was super busy the last 7 days, we had a huge #HHHLive show on Wednesday, and those things were time-consuming... Not just prepare the show, but also prepare the recap post, edit the video, convert it a few times, and in the end, 3Speak issues on the day of publishing (and the day after) add another level of stress on the top... As much as I wanted to publish that recap show ASAP, as I did the description earlier than usual, and distributed tokens, the upload failed 5-6 times, and it took over 6 hours to be published... Instead of being earlier, it was online later than ever! 😞
The show itself was huge, Hispano communities are awesome, with so many fantastic active users, and when the show recordings were finally up, I was glad to see people re-watching it and leaving positive comments... After maybe 12 hours, another issue hit 3Speak when videos didn't work and people were unable to watch them... 🤦 In my opinion, it took way too much for devs to fix the issue and that awesome video lost a lot of viewers... We can't afford this type of downtime for our main video platform! I like 3Speak, I'm using it regularly, not just on this blog, but also on

Again, don't get me wrong, this isn't a f-off rant, it is a call for help rant... I don't know what kind of issue was these 2 times, but they are very similar to what they were before... If the solution is simple like rebooting, re-starting a script, or such, hire another person, or create a monitoring solution... This work can be done even by a "non-coder" person, and it would mean a lot! Not just for 3Speak and Hivians, but also for the team's credibility in future works, too!!!
I would send a message to the 3Speak team... Share your issues with other Hivians, I bet that they would be happy to help if they can... Do you need more encoding nodes, do you need people who would monitor the system and do these "small, maintenance" tasks, DECENTRALIZE your "coding power"! I bet that together, we can make the 3Speak video uploading and reproduction experience much better!

Honestly, these issues with 3Speak demotivated me a bit and that was one of the reasons for skipping creating more content... I was stressing about it (without the reason as I couldn't change, or help with fixing the issue) and my productivity fell off the cliff... I hope I will climb back soon... :)
In the last report, I said that I would have to change gears with my HivePower accumulation, and I did (except for content creation 🙂)... I went over 78K and shrunk the gap to this year's goal of 79K! In the last 7 days, I have added 470 HP to my goal and I'm now 858 HP far away from reaching it!
Regarding the LEO Power goal, this week was tough for accumulation... As we had another LeoPUD, everyone was on the market buying tokens to participate in the contest... My approach is I'm more about steady accumulation, without FOMOing, so I was on the sidelines most of the week waiting for to market to slow down... When FOMO finished, the price pulled back and some of my buy orders were filled...
As curation rewards are relatively low, most of my tokens this week came from the market buys, and I have added 258 LEO tokens to my stake... I hit the 23K milestone, and I'm less than 2K away from my yearly goal... I'm still not giving up!!!
GAMING GOALS - Flexible Goals
My Rising Star goal is getting closer and closer to being filled! I think that in the next 7 days, I will reach it as I don't plan to stop opening those packs, especially with this Christmas mission with a special card... 😃
In the last 7 days, another 177 cards were added to my collection and I'm only 118 NFT away from my goal... Next week, we are celebrating reaching this goal!! Can't wait to see another row colored GREEN!
Nothing new regarding my GLX tokens goal... There was a rumor about a big whale selling GLX tokens, but I didn't react to that FUD at all... This makes me very proud of the discipline and patience that I grew in the last bear market... A few years ago, I would panic, trying to sell my bags to not lose money, and lose my good entry for the token... If you have similar problems, just create a plan, and STICK TO your rules!!! It will pay off, believe me...
