I think you could have put more emphasis and included more detail on the CVE-2023-38606 part of the story, and why that particular now-disclosed vulnerability could be a gift to other, less sophisticated attackers. Although allegedly it's been resolved with software updates.
However if this vulnerability was intentionally created, either by direction of Apple for the US' foreign surveillance use, or somehow secretly installed by a non-US agent, it's possible something similar could be added again for future use.
