Based on experience with Youtube I believe Google profiles people across different computers on different IPs and can pick up if you're the same person across separate IPs. I base this on watching the same YouTube channels at a friend's house, our feeds looking almost identical, but then he watched some watch related content on his and then some luxury watch videos were showing up on my feed. This is on top of the profiling I've noticed single IP addresses to show you a (slightly looser) feed based on the videos that they log your IP watching, on a new/different computer or browser.
