Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon E350 7G (S211) - Operating noise/humming after shutoff

Video inside my E350 shortly after engine shutoff. The electrical/buzzing noise could be heard for an extended time period and originated somewhere from the depths of the dashboard near the center speaker. It is not the speaker, I'm suspecting either a heater fan related post spooling or some sort of electric motor.
