Well maybe it's just only me that this is happening to, everything has inflated like crazy. This is becoming insane and unbearable. Let year's market price of goods and services were still at minimal and bearable. I observed that from the feeds I use to buy for Broiler chicken. The price has gone double of the price of the last December's price if not more than double.
Inflation has taken the center stage and it's eating our profit, salaries, gain, businesses and capital away. Imagine buying a bird of six weeks last year December with N4,000 but the same amount can't buy that same size of bird this year. That fall on my own part and it's not out fault we just have to sell on what we spend on cost of production.
If you are a producer or manufacturer of certain product you did understand what cost of production really means. When you produce, the next thing is to sell. And the priority is to sell a little bit above your cost of production to make profit because that's the sole aim of doing the business.
Maybe this is going to be the most expensive December ever. That's why there's scarcity of dressed Broiler chicken and the little that are available are super expensive. Currently, customers believe that people that can afford to eat chicken meat are the rich people. But the funniest thing is that no matter how expensive it may be people are still buying it depending on their choice of meat.
