MAIZE CHALLENGE 2022 // MY MAIZE STILL ON SUN DRYING PROCESS.

After my maize harvest, some of them were drying off before they were being harvested. I have used some parts; which I boiled some and also roasted some. While also, some other parts were dashed out to neighbors that were concerned during the course of the maize planting processes.

The purpose for this sun drying Process will be carried out in the next couple of days. I have the intention of showing variety of food you can make from maize plant. I have the intention of making local pap from it and also use other part to make swallow food. I also wanted to use part of the maize to make birds feed, but which it's still not certain because of other ingredients that will be added to the maize.

There are miscellaneous things that maize/corn can be used for which I had experienced from my deceased Mum of blessed memory. Please just endeavor to follow my blog to things I wanted to make from these maize corn.
