Provided you're a good Christian, Jesus Christ have instructed us to do good to everyone we come across.
In Epistle to the Galatians 6:10, the Apostle Paul writes, “As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”
Doing good to everyone shouldn't be neglected and is not optional, is something every believer must take serious. While there is a special care for fellow believers, the command extends to everyone.
While Jesus was on earth he taught about being good to people around us. Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and also pray for them. Jesus showed us a clear example while he was on the cross, He prayed and forgive those soldiers who crucified him on the cross. Doing good to all includes people who may not treat us well. It reflects God’s own character, because He allows His sun to rise on both the evil and the good. Our kindness should not depend on how others behave toward us.
