Albion is a beautiful game that has evolved a lot since its birth. I can still remember that old advertising hovering around in almost any video, advertising that did nothing but drive me away from the game, at least I thought it was one of those games that ended up being a scam and nobody really played it. In addition to the above, I was not tempted to play Albion because of its requirements, it really demanded a much more powerful PC than I had, so I passed on it.
As the days went by I upgraded my PC a bit more, but not too much. In those days 
Anyway, that graphics not only helped me survive quite a bit, it also expanded my gaming horizon a bit more. One of those games I finally decided to try was Albion, and this happened:
I fell in love
Yes, I fell in love with a game, again. After playing almost my entire childhood Tales Of Pirates, I had finally gotten another mmo game that completely fulfilled me in every way. Just as I mentioned at the beginning, Albion has evolved too much, and if I compare it to what it was before, it's another game. Let's say that the game has become more balanced, this has not pleased many, but others prefer it that way. Currently it is a game that I still recommend a lot, it is true that its economy has deteriorated quite a lot, but it still has a fairly solid market that receives changes constantly and is a game that does not stop releasing updates both PvE and PvP. If I had to define Albion, this image would be the perfect definition:
Many here may not understand the image, either because of misspellings or language. PowerCyclonic is the leader of our guild(Black Kamikaze) in Albion, and is one of the players I admire most in the entire game. He is a tryhard player in every sense, who has even spent more than 24 hours straight playing, just to be able to defend his territory and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. In addition to the above, his life depended on the game, and as unethical as it may seem to you, he lived because of RMT. Some time ago 
Yesterday through Discord he let us know that he will leave Albion until further notice due to personal issues (work). The message he left us is quite emotional, he says he won't be gone forever, he will be back in a while. To many of us he tells us not to leave the game, as we tend to leave and then come back. This is something that happens a lot in Albion, you get hooked on playing a lot, but then you want to take a break to come back stronger. He also tells some jokes that only we understand, and tells us that we are his best friends and that he is happy to have met us.
I'm pretty sure that in no game have I ever made the friends I've made in Albion, let alone received messages like this. I always mention it, but I still keep in touch with many of the first players I met at Albion, and even though they don't play anymore, they always remember everything we experienced.
It's for that reason that Albion is one of my favorite games, as it allows you to create lasting bonds with players, it's tricky to get the right people, but you'll almost always find a place for yourself if you look for it. I'm glad I joined Black Kamikaze, if I had to leave the guild I would rather uninstall the game than look for another one, it's like the guild is already a part of me.
You have to build trust with your people or they will eat you alive. This game is like that, one wrong move and you can kill your whole group for making a bad decision, and worst of all: Lose everything you have on you. Learning to trust and not to trust is something this game teaches you a lot.
It also has its political realm, where you can choose to join forces with another guild and make agreements. This translates to: favors. If you help us, we help you. This can become toxic at times, at least we have had several allies turn on us after holding hands. We have lost many battles against guilds we trusted, but that has taught us many things.
These days with the blackouts I left League Of Legends aside and didn't know what to play. I started Albion to see how everything was and I got hooked again. I really shouldn't be playing it right now, but I can't stop now. I don't know how much longer I will play, I guess as long as I have battles to fight and I can keep my economy I will be doing what I can.
If you don't know Albion yet, I recommend you give it a try, it may become your favorite game. Currently there is a lot of content that you can do, whether you have a guild or not. The best of all is that in this game it is never too late to start, in the end Albion is a game that requires a lot of dedication, but it is quite simple to understand and with just a week of play you could be doing the same as I did in 3 months of play (more than 2000 hours). I warn you that the optimization of the game is terrible, no matter what PC you have, the game may run at low FPS in the central cities, but you get used to it.
I hope to continue having more of Albion and that it continues to grow more and more, it is a game that is very worthwhile. I would love to play it again with my closest friends, but unfortunately they don't enjoy the game as much as I do, I can't make them. If you try this game and you get hooked, believe me that together with friends is the best thing in the world, the adrenaline of the battles is incomparable and although it is not an eSports, it gets to be quite competitive.

Albion es un juego precioso que ha evolucionado un montรณn desde su nacimiento. Aรบn puedo recordar aquella vieja publicidad rondando en casi cualquier vรญdeo, publicidad que no hacรญa mรกs que alejarme del juego, al menos yo pensaba que era uno de esos juegos que terminaban siendo una estafa y realmente nadie jugaba. Ademรกs de lo anterior, yo no me tentaba a jugar Albion debido a sus requisitos, realmente exigรญa una PC mucho mรกs potente de la que yo tenรญa, asรญ que pasรฉ de รฉl.
Con el pasar de los dรญas fui mejorando un poco mรกs mi PC, pero no demasiado. En aquellos tiempos
En fin, esa grรกfica no solo me ayudรณ bastante a sobrevivir, tambiรฉn expandรญ un poco mรกs mi horizonte en cuanto a los videojuegos. Uno de esos juegos que por fin decidรญ probar fue Albion, y esto sucediรณ:

Si, me enamorรฉ de un juego, otra vez. Despuรฉs de haber jugado casi toda mi niรฑez a Tales Of Pirates, por fin habรญa conseguido otro juego mmo que me llenaba completamente en todos los sentidos. Asรญ como lo mencionรฉ al principio, Albion ha evolucionado demasiado, y si lo comparo con lo que era antes, es otro juego. Digamos que el juego se ha ido balanceando bastante, esto no le ha gustado a muchos, pero otros lo preferimos asรญ. Actualmente es un juego que sigo recomendando un montรณn, es verdad que su economรญa se ha deteriorado bastante, pero aรบn tiene un mercado bastante solido que recibe cambios constantemente y es un juego que no para de sacar actualizaciones tanto PvE como PvP. Si tuviera que definir Albion, esta imagen serรญa la definiciรณn perfecta:
Puede que muchos aquรญ no entiendan la imagen, ya sea por los errores ortogrรกficos o el idioma. PowerCyclonic es el lรญder de nuestro gremio(Black Kamikaze) en Albion, y es uno de los jugadores que mรกs admiro en todo el juego. รl es un jugador tryhard en todos los sentidos, que incluso ha pasado mรกs de 24 horas seguidas jugando, solo para poder defender su territorio y evitar que caiga en manos equivocadas. Ademรกs de lo anterior, su vida dependรญa del juego, y aunque les parezca poco รฉtico, vivรญa gracias al RMT. Hace bastante tiempo
El dรญa de ayer a travรฉs de Discord nos hizo saber que abandonarรก Albion hasta nuevo aviso por temas personales(trabajo). El mensaje que nos dejรณ es bastante emotivo, dice que no se irรก para siempre, que volverรก en un tiempo. A muchos de nosotros nos dice que no abandonemos el juego, ya que solemos dejarlo y luego volver. Esto es algo que pasa mucho en Albion, te enganchas a jugar un montรณn, pero despuรฉs quieres tomarte un descanso para volver con mรกs fuerzas. Tambiรฉn dice algunos chistes que solo nosotros entendemos, y nos dice que somos sus mejores amigos y que estรก feliz de habernos conocido.
Estoy casi seguro de que en ningรบn juego he hecho los amigos que he hecho en Albion, y mucho menos he recibido mensajes como estos. Siempre lo menciono, pero aรบn mantengo contacto con muchos de los primeros jugadores que conocรญ en Albion, y que aunque ya no juegan, siempre recuerdan todo lo que vivimos.
Es por esa razรณn que Albion es uno de mis juegos favoritos, ya que te permite crear lazos duraderos con los jugadores, es complicado conseguir a las personas correctas, pero casi siempre encontrarรกs un lugar para ti si lo buscas. Me alegro de haber entrado a Black Kamikaze, si tuviera que irme del gremio preferirรญa desinstalar el juego antes que buscar otro, es como si ya el gremio fuera parte de mรญ.
Debes de crear confianza con tu gente o te comerรกn vivo. Este juego es asรญ, un movimiento en falso y puedes matar a todo tu grupo por haber tomado una mala decisiรณn, y lo peor de todo: Perder todo lo que llevas encima. Aprender a confiar y a no confiar es algo que este juego te enseรฑa bastante.
Tambiรฉn tiene su รกmbito polรญtico, en donde puedes elegir unir fuerzas con otro gremio y hacer convenios. Esto se traduce a: favores. Si tu nos ayudas, nosotros te ayudamos. Esto puede tornarse tรณxico a veces, al menos a nosotros se nos han volteado varios aliados despuรฉs de tomarnos la mano. Hemos perdido muchas batallas en contra de gremios en los que confiรกbamos, pero eso nos ha enseรฑado muchas cosas.
En estos dรญas con los apagones dejรฉ League Of Legends de lado y no sabรญa que jugar. Iniciรฉ Albion para ver como estaba todo y me quedรฉ enganchado otra vez. La verdad no deberรญa de jugarlo en estos momentos, pero ya no puedo frenar. No sรฉ cuanto tiempo mรกs juegue, supongo que mientras tenga batallas que luchar y pueda mantener mi economรญa estarรฉ haciendo lo que pueda.
Si aรบn no conoces Albion, te recomiendo que lo pruebes, puede que se convierta en tu juego favorito. Actualmente hay muchรญsimo contenido que puedes realizar, dispongas de un gremio o no. Lo mejor de todo es que en este juego nunca es tarde para empezar, al final Albion es un juego que requiere mucha dedicaciรณn, pero es bastante simple de entender y con tan solo una semana de juego ya podrรญas estar haciendo lo mismo que yo en 3 meses de juego(mรกs de 2000 horas). Te advierto que la optimizaciรณn del juego es pรฉsima, da igual que PC tengas, puede que el juego te vaya a bajos FPS en las ciudades centrales, pero te acostumbras.
Espero seguir teniendo mรกs de Albion y que siga creciendo cada vez mรกs, es un juego que vale muchรญsimo la pena. Me encantarรญa volver a jugarlo con mis amigos mรกs cercanos, pero lamentablemente ellos no disfrutan el juego tanto como yo, no puedo obligarlos. Si tu pruebas este juego y te enganchas, crรฉeme que junto a amigos es lo mejor del mundo, la adrenalina de las batallas es incomparable y aunque no es un eSports, llega a ser bastante competitivo.
