Starting my hike through Glyndŵr’s Way, I couldn't help but be captivated by the distant castles silhouetted against the misty hills. My journey began at a small inn along the railway, where I discovered that the town had transformed some medieval ruins into railway structures honoring its history. As October brings slightly cooler weather to Wales, with temperatures around 12°C and plenty of clouds, it's the perfect time for a brisk hike amidst the lush green landscapes while exploring tales from centuries past.
