The media and their persistence of systemic racism in America has been tugging at a deluded thread of nooses to hang blacks. Perception plays a large role in creating this narrative which many people have swallowed whole.
There was a recent case of a hangman noose being found in an Oakland park. The mayor went rabid on investigating this hate crime, even after the black man who put it in the tree said it was a swing that he put up himself. This admission didn't matter, she demanded it be investigated for a hate crime.
Victor Sengbe, who is black, told KGO-TV that the ropes were part of a rigging that he and his friends used as part of a larger swing system. He also shared video of the swing in use.
"Out of the dozen and hundreds and thousands of people that walked by, no one has thought that it looked anywhere close to a noose. Folks have used it for exercise. It was really a fun addition to the park that we tried to create," Sengbe said.
"It's unfortunate that a genuine gesture of just wanting to have a good time got misinterpreted into something so heinous," he told the station.
This is how the mayor responded to the news of a black man creating it for exercise purposes:
"Intentions don't matter when it comes to terrorizing the public," Schaaf said. "It is incumbent on all of us to know the actual history of racial violence, of terrorism, that a noose represents and that we as a city must remove these terrorizing symbols from the public view."
Completely deluded nutbag. This is the new attempt to create racial issues where there is none. Of course, this is part of a false perception being pushed by the Left and Leftist media.
Racism is even in Nascar with killer nooses being put into black driver's cars. At least, that is the purported allegation that made. Did anyone see yet another alleged hangman noose? You're expected to accept the story on face value.
Nascar Tweeted that a noose was found in the car of Bubba Wallace. The FBI investigated. It turned out to be a garage rope.
There was no hangman noose. There was no racism. It was all nonsense. But the perception was of another example of systemic racism. And so it will remain. The fact that it was a hoax doesn't matter in the minds of those who were emotionally impacted with a clear and present danger of racism. People rallied with Bubba over a non issue, over a made up narrative. They supported a plight of racism which didn't exist.
This begs the question of how someone could be so daft as to conclude a garage rope was actually a hangman noose and represented a racist intent. Also, how did that even end up in the car in the first place? Have a look at this rope, and tell me this is a hangman noose
