Happy new week to you all, how was your weekend, i believe it was so nice and you are doing great right now, it another week as we all know, new things comes every week, it my pleasure to share with you all on how i cut and sew this simple skirt and blows with bubba sleeves for my myself.

I am really excited today for seeing this brand new day and yesterday was so busy that i couldn't login like wanted to, even, throughout on Saturday, i wanted to give myself a rest this weekend because i had a serious fever and headache for the past 4 days and i couldn't go anywhere my husband remind me of his friend's child dedication on Sunday, oooooooh 🥺🥺🥺🥺 i forgot that it coming up on Sunday which was yesterday, mean while, that was on Saturday afternoon time, i didn't find any simple outfit to wear, i remember i had this fabric, it was a traditional marriage uniform long ago, it over 8 or 9 month now since i bought it, it was 6 yards but i share it with my friend, 3yards for her and 3yards for me, i even forgot it so as i was searching my bag i find it and decided to sew it.
I was looking for any simple style because i didn't have much time, my cousin told me to sew the same style that i sew for my friend, i didn't remember the style but she reminds me that it was skirt and blows with a bubba sleeves and she love the style so much, i told her that i don't want a style that will take me much time to finish, well i love the style too, i always sewn for my client but i haven't sewn for myself before, i still insist to sew the style because it will take me long, she said she will assist me, i was so happy, she's an apprentice a Fore lady to be prescribe she knows work very well, i didn't waste much time, she said she will help me with sew the
skirt and i will sew the blows, it okey by me then i brought out the fabric, lining and some others sewing materials

The procedure

I started by folding the fabric into two equals part, i measured out my normal length, my burst and body then i measured my hamhold lengththen i cut it out.

After cutting the front out i fold the fabric again then i placed the front on it and i put 2 inches for zipper allowance then i cut it out.

The next thing after cutting them out is to turned them with lining, so i placed the front on the lining and i cut it out.

After cutting them out with lining i went the sewing mechine and truned both back and front, i put a rainbow open zip at the back and then i joined the body together.

After that i now fold the remaining fabric and cut out the bubba sleeves.

It was so nice seeing myself doing a urgent work and i was so confidentially despite the little mistake that i did, i still comport myself and determine to do it till night but i couldn't mind myself being stressed, it was so urgent because i determine to wear it on Sunday by 10am so i put more effort and my phone switch off in the middle of the work, then i used my cousin's bottins phone to snap some steps.

After cutting out the sleeves i turned it with lining, because of being so hurry i forgot holding a dart but it wasn't late for that, after jurning everything i now hold the dart then i fixed sleeves on the blows then i joined the body of the blows closed.

Since my cousin was helping me to sew the skirt she didn't understand the steps that i asked her to snapped for me.

After cutting out the skirt she turn with lining, i thank her because she understands how i want her to turn the hem of the skirt.

She turned the hem with 2 inches inside so that the lining will not show.

After turning it i asked her to joined the back and front together before she fixed the waist band and put the zip thwn she understand and follow up.

She told me that she always have an issues with the zip, like, she normally fight before putting so i help her put in the zip and shape the waist ans body to my size.

So here is the finish work

I tried not to disappoint myself but all the finish work was completely done in the next day morning so i used the outfit in time.
