Last year I lived in Lebanon for some time and I experienced hyperinflation (that was not as bad yet as it is now).. it was so weird to see the value change multiple times in a day, you were never sure how much you will pay for groceries. Also, some goods were simply not available anymore because they were too expensive to import. Today friends are telling me you can't even buy Aspirin anymore, it's not available even in the hospitals.
