It is a long time I didn't post anything here on Steemit. Let's see...
It is not clear what this guy just outside Shin-Okubo station was doing. Anyone in the knowing, please chime in and educate me.
It is even less clear if he noticed me when I took this photo's (making eye-contactt was a little difficult.) Anyway, it made for interesting photo's.
