Currently there is not a single tool that can do this that I know of. However aside from manually delegating the tokens from keychain or tribaldex or even beeswap; you will need to be able to write javascript or python. Then you can use the Hive library to execute a script that will be able to do the delegation for you on a schedule or however you wish the tasks to be triggered.
