In my opinion #newsteem is much better than #oldsteem. Under #oldsteem hardly anyone was manually curating. All curation was done by paid voting bots and #newsteem fixed that. The trending page is more

I certainly have not given up on steemnow.com :) The Steem price you see on the top right corner of the page ($0.21) is the base feed price. This is the price the blockchain uses to calculate the payouts.

They should all appear on the 'new page'. I see about 5 or 6 new post per minute on right now. 66024 = 8640 new posts per day.

HF21 feels as a success to me, but as you said, it is not really visible in the charts yet. A big difference is that paid voting service have stopped their service and started to curate manually.

It's pretty remarkable. It might be some (non-paid) voting bots that stopped working, but I'm not sure.
