As usual Twitter went ablaze when Hive pumped a lil again, although a lil of 10%-15% is not bad if you are in the right position.
It was a narrow window though but I pulled my LP I had on tribaldex with SWAP.HIVE and converted to HBD.
Only to seconds later think, Oh but isn't it better to provide LP again when I expect Hive to be going down...
AKA it is a choice between can I buy more Hive with the HBD than I gain in rebalancing of the two tokens at a lower value.
Too late now and I will never know because I don't wanna calculate it.
If I spot check $ value on the two tokens though I think it is fine and although it is not a lot I should come out with about $10 - $20 more in liquid.
Now it is the waiting game although it seems the dip is coming hard and fast, I will buy back my Hive and reenter the LP and chillax again.
The LP in question is SPS/Hive and with that I have started powering down all my SPS and eventually will move it all to LP also.
For the most part I do not play tournaments on Splinterlands and Governance is a load of bullshit in general on DPOS so why I have SPS staked beyond the APR does not make a lot of sense to me.
For now at least the APR on the LP is a lot higher and sure more risk but I do get to keep liquid in some earning form which is something I like.
It also reminded me of another LP I still had on BSC which sadly I decided to pull after leaving it there for over a year. I also left all rewards accumulated on it since the cost of taking those also just is not worth it.
BSC is and similar chains are inherently ancient chains with their cost system based on the archaic Ethereum, so I don't mind losing a little just to be rid of it.
All in all that liquidity will help match my SPS liquidity and I will take it from there.
