It is possible that I am shouting into the void. It has been ages since I have kept a regular blog - back since the days of livejournal. Livejournal was replaced by myspace that was then unceremoniously shoved out of the way by Facebook. For years Facebook and I have lived happily together until I realized one day that Facebook was the happy one, and I was not living as I once had. It is possible this is more my fault than Facebook's, but after a year of back and forth I am considering breaking up with Facebook for good, or at least seriously rethinking our relationship.
Facebook, if you are listening - it's not you. It's me. We can still be friends, I think, but we can't be as we were.
But seeing as a need a digital place to voice my thoughts, hello Steemit!
