Withdrawal pending for over 10 days now...

Since about a year or so, I have been using Presearch as my search engine, as every search gives you a reward in PRE tokens. The first few withdrawals went fine, but now I am getting a bit worried. On the 10th of May I withdrew 1000 PRE tokens to an exchange, and they still haven't arrived. I know PRE works as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum network, so withdrawals can take a while as they are probably bundled in a bunch to lower the gas fees. But still, 10 days now, and no tokens yet. And it also shows in my Presearch account that is still pending... Is Presearch going rogue?

You clearly see it says the transaction is confirmed, but is not sent yet, and no Transaction hash. I am getting a bit worried about Presearch...
