Hello everybody, so today I wanted to practice coloring using the Autodesk Sketch software. I figured, since I have been using it, I might as well make the best out of it. I like to use this software for one particular reason : It is free! And you got to love things that are free!
Also I wanted to try something differentI wanted to draw and cover as much as possible the outlines as I could. I am used to do outlines and colorind the layer underneath it, but this time I used a layer that was overthe outlines. I like the wayIt turns out, it gives it a little more realistic look for the colors. Also it's important to try different techniques and explore what they can offer.
So I started a simple sketch of a woman, nothing fancy as I wanted to concentrate myself more on the coloring than the actual drawing itself. After the outlines were done, I begun to do the coloring.
I have to say that it did take me a while, as there is a learning curve into this and I wanted to see the results of different brushes. Slowly but surelyThis is the way I went.

it was hard to decide which one I was going to use for the cover of this post The white or the black background. As you can see I went with the what ( but I do like the black background).
