Taking bonuses has a big effect on people, I know people who left a companie because of that (they didn't get a better bonus elsewhere, I guess they take it as an insult.) As for the 50% self raise, it seems very nice, a mood changer for sire... as long as the bonuses remains (or else you know where it went 🤪)
