I quite liked this movie, not least because of the cast. I also think we saw it quite differently. I see it as both, a statement and warning, which the actors are standing behind. The question I saw there was whether America's democracy has a price, whether it could be sold. Another question is about people who are ready to change it, how they and their achievements compare to those who have been to actual war zone.

I didn't see this Christian Bale's role as among his best ones, but certainly different and interestingly delivered. The same goes regarding Margot Robbie; I thought it was the most matter-of-fact performance I've seen from her, but not in a bad way - just a very realistic character with not so easy life.
